Alexandria N. Chiarilli, Esq.

Before starting my own practice, I served as in-house counsel for a local corporation with an international presence, where my work focused on the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts (including government/aerospace and defense contracts and international distribution), import and export compliance, and corporate compliance.  My prior experience as a real estate agent and working in commercial real estate ultimately led me to return to my long-time interest in real estate.  Now my practice largely centers around helping first-time home buyers and seasoned purchasers, alike, navigate the often tumultuous waters of closing real estate transactions.  Beyond real estate, I find fulfillment in representing clients in their most sensitive matters, estate planning, as well as advocating for individuals and businesses in their contractual matters.

As a stickler for client service, my main goal is not only to protect my clients' interests and achieve great results, but also to ensure that they are well-informed and understand each step in the process.

I am a Buffalo native and currently live on the West Side with my husband.  I earned my Juris Doctor cum laude from UB Law, where I served as Publications Editor for the Buffalo Law Review, was selected for and participated in the New York City Finance and Law Program, and represented UB Law in American Bar Association (ABA) Mediation Competitions.  I also served as President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Society, and as President of the Finance and Law Society.  I am an active member of the Erie County Bar Association, New York Bar Association, and American Bar Association.
